Work Scope
As contractor, we plan, schedule, organize the resources, execute and control work flow, manage a safety program and ensure quality and timely delivery of the works.
We also supervised all sub-contractors in our package and interfaced with other package contractors in the project.
Earth work, PCC, Gypsum Punning, Flooring, Lift Cladding, False Ceiling and Floor finishes to all staircase and landing.
