Work Scope
Principal Contractor for Internal Finishing Works for 3 Towers and club house.
As contractor, we plan, schedule, organize the resources, execute and control work flow, manage a safety program and ensure quality and timely delivery of the works.
We also supervised all sub-contractors in our package and interfaced with other package contractors in the project.
Works include: Gypsum Punning, Flooring, Lift Cladding, False Ceiling and Floor finishes to all staircases and landings
